Private Equity International hosted their European Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications Forum in September 2023. The client specialises in hosting industry-leading events for global private equity professionals, to connect decision makers and industry peers in networking-focused conferences. For this edition, the goal was for participants to learn how to strengthen relationships with investors, communicate with prospects, and market their firm. To accommodate this, they needed a platform to encourage networking and audience engagement with the sessions, as well serve as a central place for all the event content.


Concise partnered closely with PEI to design and build a custom branded engagement platform to elevate attendee engagement and the networking experience. To foster higher levels of engagement leading up to the event, all attendees were granted access to the Chime Live platform. This digital gateway allowed participants to network and initiate conversations, creating a pre-event buzz. Furthermore, speakers could connect with each other in advance of their panel discussions.

During the event, Concise onsite technicians ensured that all sessions ran smoothly and that every attendee was able to access Chime via our iPads or their own devices. This full-service delivery approach not only streamlined the event’s operation but also instilled confidence in the client that our experts were on hand for any questions or troubleshooting. Concise expertly choreographed key moments of engagement, including a Comparative Poll to gauge audience perception and opinion for one of the panel debates. This data-driven approach enabled the speakers to have real-time insights into their audiences’ minds at the beginning and end of the discussion. Additionally, photographs were uploaded into the gallery section of the platform in real-time which was a real highlight and talking point amongst the attendees.

From pre-event networking to interactive sessions and comprehensive event support, this partnership was instrumental in achieving an event that was both engaging and data-informed.
