Chime Live’s super hybrid meeting offerings incorporated safety, connectivity, engagement and sustainability. It was easy, streamlined and a real advantage.

Challenge

Every year Hyatt brings together their leadership with important clients and partners for a Corporate Meetings & Events Roundtable at one of their flagship properties. In 2020, Hyatt invited clients, venue and technology representatives to discuss the future landscape of hybrid events. Pandemic restrictions made it impossible to bring everyone together in-person, but Hyatt wanted to create a polished experience that would meet the high standards that clients expect from events at their properties.

Engagement

We worked closely to understand their event objectives and crafted a bespoke meeting plan that placed participants at the heart of the journey. We built their safe virtual event in our Chime Live platform, incorporating a live video stream with individual presenters and panellists sharing their opinion and outlook on the Roundtable themes. Interactive elements ensured participants remained engaged throughout, with polls and word clouds deployed to gauge their views and help guide the conversation. Attendees were invited to question the panel through Chime Live during the Q&A live session and all participants were asked to fill out a Feedback Form at the end of the day.

Applause

Hyatt was delighted with the level of engagement and the enthusiastic collaborative discussion between its client, venue and technology partners. Despite presenters, panellists and participants joining remotely from locations around the world, the event felt premium in quality and was hugely interactive and productive for all.
