A superhero virtual event worthy of our superhero leaders.

Challenge

In February 2021, Consulate Health Care needed to pivot their annual three day in-person Leadership Conference to a hybrid event. The leadership team wanted to share their vision for emerging from the pandemic with a positive outlook. They required an event solution that could host their awards ceremony, bring award winners onsite, engage their team members across the US to participate and in doing so, earn Continuing Education Units. Our client also had five sponsors to weave into the event.

Engagement

We developed and delivered a virtual Leadership Conference that kept all the elements of their traditional live event. Our hybrid solution implemented through the Chime Live℠ event platform was branded with the event ‘superhero’ theme throughout. Leadership set out their vision and hosted the awards ceremony from our ‘superhero’ branded Encore Presentation Stage in Orlando, Florida. Chime Live allowed leadership and participants to connect and engage with their teammates, sponsors and keynote presenters in real-time. The show featured a mix of live and pre-recorded presentations, eleven networking sessions to allow colleagues to engage with executive leadership, and the awards presentations. Sponsorship was activated by sponsors virtually introducing the keynote presenters, through display banner ads within Chime Live and by participants posting photographs of their sponsor goodies in the interactive Gallery.

Applause

An unmitigated success, the hybrid event almost doubled the number of participants from 250 in-person Leadership Conferences in previous years, to over 400 joining virtually. The event seamlessly delivered Consultative Health Care’s strategic objectives, recognized the exceptional ‘superhero’ performance of colleagues during their difficult year, and connected inspired participants from across the US with leadership. Our client plans to host their July hybrid event from our Encore Presentation Stage in Orlando, Florida.
