Mario heads Project Management in the UK and shares his expertise with Concise customers on ways to elevate audience engagement. He started his Concise journey as an Event Technician back in 2012, delivering events in Europe, Asia, and America before joining the project management team in 2016. Working closely with our in-house designers, developers, and technicians to deliver the best possible event experiences from start to finish. Mario is an expert in refining your event experience and delivering polished, professional shows for your in-room, virtual and hybrid participants.

Kevin is fascinated by all forms of interactive media and is passionate about developing new ways to engage audiences through tech. His extensive experience in product, technical and project management underpins his track record of conceiving and delivering commercially successful first to market products; this is evidenced in his team’s development of Chime Live^℠ and its flexible suite of engagement tools. Kevin specialises in innovative interactive product design, application/data security, IOS and mobile applications, information architecture, accessibility, and usability.

With a background in theatre and marketing, Jo is passionate about creativity, people and connection. She takes a consultative approach to client projects, partnering with planners to truly understand their objectives and support them throughout their pre-event, event and post-event journey. Jo is focused on delivering engaging, interactive virtual and hybrid experiences and is a specialist in pharmaceutical and finance events.

Jim brings over 20 years’ experience of working with event engagement technology and is driven to improve participant engagement and interaction at events. Jim supports the sales, project management and technical teams in delivering over 300 events each year that exceed clients’ expectations and deliver measurable results. Jim helps planners boost participation and gathering meaningful data and insights at virtual and hybrid events in EMEA & APAC.

Karen is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the hospitality, conventions and events industry and has over 15 years of experience within Canada, the UK & the USA. Her experience involving many facets of event production enables her to anticipate the needs of clients on all levels and provide the best possible customer service.
