How do you simplify data collection at a complex event? During a Diabetes and Hypertension Speaker Masterclass in Singapore, global colleagues spent the day divided into two groups. Each group took their session independently before joining together for a second day of combined activities.

Engagement

We were set the challenge of providing an Event App which would cater for both the separate group stage of the event and the collaborative second day. This allowed the event organisers to conduct separate streams of interactivity and data collection with participants of both groups during day one. On day two panel discussions and group Q&A provided a single stream of feedback throughout the day.

Applause

This potentially complex data collation and organisation task was transformed into a streamlined process and the event team were delighted with the information they collected.
