A leading global pharmaceutical company holds standalone meetings in various international locations throughout the year.  For their flagship event in the Middle East, the client hosted a meeting with 300 delegates and 6 breakout sessions.  

This event presented some unique challenges due to its location. Cultural and language obstacles needed to be overcome to encourage delegate interaction. The client was eager to encourage attendee participation and gather feedback on the event.  Additionally, power failures were common and WIFI connectivity issues were expected.  

Engagement

Concise's experience, customer-centric service, and award-winning Chime event app overcame the event challenges.  To start, the Chime app made the event more personalised for attendees by providing event information in multiple languages.  Then, Chime gave the audience a voice and a means to interact with presenters and contribute to the event.  The audience was able to ask questions in real time and share thoughts via word clouds and polls.

Concise Onsite Delivery Specialists were able to handle last minute, real time adjustments to presentations while providing a secure, closed WIFI network.

Feedback regarding the event was extremely positive from both an attendee perspective and the end-client. The client was able to attain data on engagement levels, content interactions, and overall attendee satisfaction.  This data also helped the client report return on investment with leadership and identify areas of success and improvement for future meetin planning.
