Our unique system allows Powerpoint presentations and videos to be broadcast to dozens or hundreds of individual iPads, orchestrated by the presenter via a controller iPad. This gives participants the best possible view of the slides, and a uniquely intimate viewing experience. We’ve also designed the software to support multiple language versions for international audiences.
The fluid nature of events means that paper-based information is often out of date almost before it is circulated. Concise’s Dynamic iPad Apps solve this problem by distributing information digitally, so that delegates always have the most current version to hand, and printing costs are drastically reduced. All sorts of information – agendas, delegate and speaker biographies, research reports, press releases and slide presentations – can be included on the delegate iPads and instantly updated when necessary. Our iPads even support tailored agendas for individual delegates.
